Where's My Order

Step 1 - Sign in

You will need your email address and password to sign in. If you’ve lost your password, click the link "Forgot your password?" and we’ll send you a replacement link via your email address immediately.

Step 2 - Click on "View Order Status"

Click on "View Order Status" on the left hand menu to view all your orders. The most recent orders will be at the top.

Step 3 - Check the status

Find the correct order number.  Under the order number and date, the order status is shown.

Step 4 - Order enquiry

If you wish to enquire about an order, please contact us.  The easiest way is to click on "View Messages" on the left hand menu.

Under "send a message" you can select your order number that you would like to enquire about.
