All delivery options are subject to availability and working days exclude public holidays On rare occasions, we may need to delivery items outside the published timed windows. We can't guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas; see the section on Restricted delivery & postcode exceptions for more details Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. Our returns policy
In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene, items marked with a '+' next to the product name cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

Christmas Returns
At Christmas, we know items are bought in advance and given as gifts at Christmas time. So if you're ordering items now for Christmas presents, you may return them up to 10th January, as long as they have not been worn or used, and have the original labels attached.
The returns policy for Christmas decorations is 14 days from the date of in-store purchase, or if we deliver the product to you, then within 14 days from the date you received it. The product must be unused and within the original packaging. This 14 day policy does not apply for faulty items and does not affect your consumer rights
How To Return An Item
Our aim is to provide a hassle free service. You have 28 days to decide if you want to return any item within your order. All you have to do is simply use our Returns System.
You can access our Returns System by logging into your account by clicking ‘My Account’ and then go to ‘Completed Orders’. Once we have received your Returns Request we will provide you with a Returns Number and further details. It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use.
However once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods within 48 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible. So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition and the return has been allocated to your account.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase and in the event, we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
