What does it mean when an item states "Please note, labels will be removed from products"?
Where items have been originally made for a high street brand or retailer, such as Next, Marks & Spencer, Zara, we have to remove any labels, so that the items cannot be returned back to them. (You can still return items back to us).
Usually this includes either marking or cutting the back neck label of a clothing item and care label, and removing the price tickets.
Whatever is done to the labels don't worry, we won't damage the item in anyway, and where necessary will put a new care label in.
Any branding on the item that is part of the style will be left untouched.
Pre-Ordering an item
Some items are available for pre order, especially items that have sold well and are temporarily out of stock. The expected release date will be alongside the item. This is the date from when we expect to be able to despatch the item.
